With decades of experience in land stewardship and biological systems, he leads a regenerative approach that helps growers rebuild fertility, retain water, and grow stronger from the ground up.

Eric Hutchings - Director of Policy & Market Development
Eric bridges the gap between growers, markets, and policy. With a background in legislation and business development, he helps producers turn regenerative practices into results. At Plenterra, Eric drives adoption by aligning agronomic outcomes with smart incentives and practical strategies that work on real farms.
